In celebration of the one year anniversary of TVO tribe, African writers are invited to take part in a writing competition with the theme “The African story.”
This theme is to represent how your art and creativity as been influenced by your origin, your African origin. We believe that African art and history should be appropriated in our art and writing, and we accept all entries propagating that purpose.
All entries are to be posted on individual Instagram accounts, with the competition flyer.
Writers must follow @thevictoriao_com and tag @thevictoriao_com in their entries.
Top five entries get the chance to be featured on the Tribesmen Review magazine, while the winning entry in addition to being featured on the Tribesmen Review Magazine gets the cash prize of N10,000.
Word count: Not more than 200 words.
Deadline: 8th August, 2020.
